The headquarters of the Cooch Behar district, Cooch Behar, or Koch Bihar is a city and a municipality in the Indian state of West Bengal.

The city hosts Ras Mela, one of the largest and oldest fair of West Bengal, every year during the Ras Purnima, organized by the Municipality in the Ras Mela ground near ABN Seal College.
